Orlando, FL (PRWEB) February 25, 2012 In 2010, Florida joined 30 other states in support of the Mark Wandall Traffic Safety Act (WPSC) requiring counties to enact an ordinance utilizing traffic infraction technology to identify vehicles failing to stop at red light signals.
